For our International Distributors Greater Europe Team in Kilchberg we are recruiting a
Marketing Manager (m/w) 100%

Your responsabilities:

  • Develop the annual marketing plan for GE (with the cooperation of senior colleagues in both sales and central marketing team).

  • Develop and implement growth, equity, portfolio and activation strategies

  • Develop and champion a regular sales & marketing alignment forum to ensure correct and timely execution of annual marketing plans

  • Develop the marketing skills and capabilities of the team

  • Oversee Regional Advertising & Marketing Budget with Head of Region.

  • Commission appropriate market research as well as creative briefs with a nominated agencies in coordination with relevant International departments. Continuously analyse performance, strategies and tactics versus objectives and competitive activities including brand health studies.

  • Adopt the regional pricing policy for Greater Europe. Guide the team on increasing the profitability of existing products to developing new products for the region.

  • Report on marketing and strategy group activities to the Head of the Region and Markets

  • Deliver committed brand and category P&L and targets (NNTS & OP)

  • Facilitate the process of accurate budgeting, coherent pricing policy, relevant assortment planning, product launches, annual marketing plan development & execution, market research programmes; field force activities, reporting and communication lines.

  • Close collaboration with the central marketing Team

Your profile:

  • Degree in Marketing or Business administration



  • A minimum of seven years of marketing experience ideally in an FMCG environment (experience in product, communication development and trade marketing roles)



  • Curious, determined, entrepreneurial spirit, strong leadership skills to foster collaboration at all levels through a dynamic, enthusiastic and positive attitude.



  • A self-reliant, analytical and proactive work mode, ability to work under pressure



  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including presentations to top management



  • Strong analytical skills to interpret and understand business and market dynamics

  • Full P&L knowledge

  • Willingness to travel required

  • Fluency in English (both speaking and writing), German is a strong asset
