At this position, you will develop and implement strategic plans for the in-field market access work for Vifor Pharma product portfolio and generated relations with key stakeholders and influencers in relevant payer and medical organizations in cooperation with KAM.Your tasks are the following:

• Prepare and execute payer / provider stakeholder engagement strategies


• Share HEOR & budget impact models in contact with decision makers within outpatient setting and with budget stakeholders within the hospitals


• Understand and map funding and listing processes and associated stakeholders


• Understand current practices and competitive environment in relation to Vifor products and therapy areas


• Localize, validate and communicate global value communication tools in cooperation with Market access and medical colleagues


• Establish and maintain long-term KOL stakeholder relationships


• Train KAM on Market Access specific field activities


• Share strategic insights of the in-/out-patient market and customer needs in order to ensure that these needs are met by the Customer teams

Who you are:

• Economic and/or scientific/medical academic education including HEOR


• Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry and experience from market access responsibilities. 


• Proven capability and experience in market access


• Proven capability to engage with stakeholders in the public healthcare system


• Professional level local language (French, German), both in oral and written communications


• Fluency in English, both in oral and written communications


• Excellent user of Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

You have strong communications skills, entrepreneurial spirit, with ability to demonstrate strong ethics in accordance with Vifor Standards and Values.
