Backend Engineer (80 - 100%) 

We are looking for an experienced backend engineer to join our platform team in Zürich. 

Our Tech Stack 

• Node.js 


• AWS, Lambda Docker, K8s 


• Git


• React.js with Redux

Your Mission 

• Greenfield development of the crowdhouse.ch platform


• Designing and building APIs


• Building RESTful back-end services and serverless frameworks

Your Profile 

• Ideally fluency in node.js or fluency in at least one other programming language and a willingness to learn node.js (we would prefer Ruby, golang, Java or similar).


• 3 years experience (or above) in backend development


• Bachelors Degree (or above) in Computer Science/Maths/Physics or similar


• Proven API design skills and experience implementing RESTful back-end services


• Interest and/or experience with serverless frameworks (or containerized environments)


• Ideally, you will have a good understanding of AWS services (familiarity with services like Lambda, DynamoDB, SNS, RDS, S3, CloudWatch) or other PaaS
