YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


 


BRP is leader in the world of powersports vehicles and propulsion systems built on over 75 years of ingenuity and intensive consumer focus. Sea-Doo is one of our iconic and distinctive brands as well as a clear industry-leading product on personal watercraft market.


Within the marketing team, the Brand Marketing Advisor Sea-Doo will play an instrumental role to lead the brand in building the regional strategy, developing regional marketing & communication & digital tools, executing the Go-To-Market plan and capturing new growth opportunities.


 


The responsibilities are :


 


Brand and Product strategy (20%): Develop an annual marketing plan supporting the regional strategic priorities, and the achievement of the sales and profitability targets



  • Build regional brand strategy and related Go-To-Market plan



  • Contribute to the definition of the brand portfolio strategy

  • Support the yearly line-up pricing process



  • Participate to the yearly Market Trend Update (MTU) exercise

  • Feed the marketing strategy with strong consumer insights

  • Take the lead in synchronizing the new product launches for maximum impact


 


Retail Activation (20%): Lead the definition, coordination and implementation of an agile retail strategy enabling to reach sales objectives



  • Ensure a tight monitoring of retail dynamics and performance

  • Build retail programs recommendations supported by data and financial analysis



  • Lead the implementation of the retail activation plan in collaboration with Retail Operations division

  • Lead media investments & communication tools development to create impactful communication plans & tactics


 


Go-To-Market Plan Execution (60%): Implement the tactical initiatives defined in the marketing plan, ensure a tight coordination and execution with the markets, and measures results and ROI



  • Supervise the execution of the GTM plan for both units and accessories

  • Take the lead in deploying brand awareness & content creation campaigns

  • Develop effective digital & social media strategies supporting the brand & product positioning.

  • Define the relevant CRM strategy for the brand

  • Build the required set of communication tools (off and on line) to promote the brand

  • Contribute to the definition of the shows, events and PR strategies and support with the execution

  • Work with the mindset to offer the best marketing value proposition to our business partners

  • Optimize the support level to"non key countries" and distributor markets


 


YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS



  • Bachelor in Marketing or Business Administration

  • 5 to 7 years imperative experience in marketing & brand management

  • Strong & proven experience of media planning, digital marketing, social media and CRM

  • Experience with dealer network distribution model is a plus

  • Fluent in English - other language skills a plus

  • Analytical capabilities with a strong business acumen connecting the dots between marketing and sales

  • Able to operate in an international matrix organization

  • Ability to convert strategic thinking into actionable & measurable tactics

  • Accountable and autonomous, team player

  • Drive and leadership, ability to influence and convince

  • Organized, accurate, and results oriented

  • Entrepreneurship spirit not scared to challenge and think out of the box

  • Solid communication skills to manage frequent interactions with Global and markets


 


 


This position is based in Lausanne, Switzerland and requires around 20% of travel time.
