Your responsibilities will include:
• Coordinate, prioritize, support and administer the annual LTPP, LTRPP, DSBP and Select plan nomination processes and off cycles grants
• Lead the day-to-day activities for (e.g. vesting, leaver processing) to comply with plan rules
• Coordinate and monitor the equity tax and payroll compliance with external vendors and follow up communication to the countries
• Maintain Equity Program Data base and provides input to improve process tools
• Develop communication material for internal clients and supports development of new systems which support equity processes and communication within compensation function as well as HR function
• Support and coordination of Administration System with external share plan administrators (Equatex and Fidelity)
• Provide support in cross functional and/or global Projects
Minimum requirements
• University English Other languages desirable
• 3-5 years working experience preferable in HR/ Compensation and Benefits /Finance, preferably in complex, international corporations
• Good understanding of compensation and benefits practices
• Good Communication skills
• Proven analytical and decision-making skills and ability to work with diverse cultures
