As global strategic partner of ServiceNow for Continental Europe, we implement state of the art ITIL solution for medium and large organizations. To support our growth, we are looking for a: Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant


Responsibilities: 


You will be responsible for supporting customers in the successful implementation and use of ServiceNow, including configuration, tailoring and coaching to meet their unique business requirements. We are seeking for a highly motivated individual who is looking for an opportunity to join an established but still fast growing organization.


Experience: 


Ideally, you have already experience in working with the ServiceNow ITSM application. You have some experience in IT as an Application Consultant, Application Administrator or similar function and have software development skills. You also have strong interpersonal communication skills and like working with customers in problem solving. You will be trained and mentored by our staff and work to support the implementation projects. Travel will be necessary but is not integral to this position.


Skills: 



  • Passionate in configuring and customizing Software Packages.

  • Working knowledge of networks, the Internet, modern protocols and email, SMTP, POP3.

  • Scripting knowledge such as JavaScript, XML,AngularJS

  • AJAX experience.

  • Active Directory, LDAP is a plus.

  • Working knowledge of relational databases.

  • Experience with legacy systems, batch files, web services, REST via APIs is a plus.

  • ITIL knowledge is a plus.


Soft skills: 



  • Strong personal commitment to quality service.

  • Must have experience dealing with technical end-users in a service-oriented role.

  • Highly focused on customer satisfaction.

  • Ability to multi-task and work on several projects/activities simultaneously.

  • Self-learner with the ability to assume leadership and work without direct supervision.


Required profile: 



  • Fluent in German and English, another European language would be an asset

  • Travels within Europe
