As Commercial Solutions Product Manager - Surgical, your main responsibilities will include:



• Develop marketing tools and processes for Service and Solutions in alignment with Europe Commercial Solutions Director in order to facilitate their implementation and progress

• Develop and deliver trainings for countries in order to enable them to implement Service and Solutions such as Patient Pathway

• Lead selected Service and Solutions projects on customer level (such as Patient Pathway) with support from local teams in order to ensure successful implementation and gain feedback regarding areas of improvement

• Follow Service and Solutions trends in the Medtech Industry and on customer level in order to ensure best practice sharing

• Define commercial solutions KPIs in alignment with Europe Commercial Solutions Director in order to track progress and ROI

Minimum requirements

Ideal candidate



• At least 6 years of experience with customer facing role interacting with senior medical staff - Heads of procurement, COO, Business Managers

• Project management, commercial background, L6S Black Belt

• Fluency in English, ideally knowledge of one other major European language

• Medtech industry experience - Preferred

• Cross-functional and matrix working

• Utilization of budget impact models and demonstrating value concepts

• Ideally Ophthalmology experience but not essential

• Direct or indirect leadership experience or with sales teams, service projects and or commissioning customers within the locality region

• Ability to create, define and shape role through strong leadership & accountability
