Job Description:

As Strategic Solution Lead, you will play a key role in designing and steering solution design for large complex deals to meet business and budget objectives. As part of the broader team, you will leverage the combined capabilities of your fellow architects and solution SMEs to formulate your solution. However, as the lead member of the solutions team, you will hold accountability for the overall vision, key components of enterprise solution across business, technology and operational processes. 

You will also be jointly responsible for the lifecycle of the pursuit from defining win themes to successful closure of contract and also being part of engagement delivery team (in solution definition, design, governance, technical SoS, and advisory capability) to ensure that envisioned solution becomes reality and fulfills commitment provided to customers. Overall the role demands a good mix of advisory, solutioning and hands-in technical implementations skills in contemporary software design styles and technology platforms.

Being part of the pan-European technology office, you will also have responsibility to collaborate with fellow architects and solution SMEs to develop thought leadership and asset base that will help us not just win new business but also help deliver high quality solution in a repeatable manner across engagements. Nurturing talent, enablement and evangelization are also expected to be areas of contribution from a practice perspective.

Key Responsibilities:

• Anchoring end to end solution for large complex pursuits, involving customer, internal and partner stakeholders • Steer win themes, solution considerations and support financial construct for complex deals• Implement solution considerations across business, process, technology and operations with the help of fellow SMEs and service line colleagues• Develop relationship with TPA / Advisors and Technology partners to have joint solution offerings• Develop industry specific end to end solutions ideas by working with Industry team across Market and Delivery• Build a reputation as a trusted partner who understands the business and collaborates to deliver on commitments and drive business result• Ensure tight governance and deal review governance with all stakeholders• Participate in implementation programs to contribute and oversee implementation of the solution propositions and ensure high quality software product delivery, risk & technical debt management, strategic alignment and operational readiness of the delivered solution.• Oversee process transformation initiatives across multiple functions to become a collaborative, people-focused and KPI-driven agile organization• Advise key customers and senior management on MSA, SoW and deal construct closure activities• Foster an environment of collaboration, partnership, customer focus, quality, excellence, urgency, accountability, continuous improvement, and innovation

Qualifications & Experience:

• Solid experience in IT/Business/Consulting domain, focusing on architecting solutions of strategic importance to their organization/clients• Experience as a Solution Lead/Delivery Lead in managing large deals/pursuit as well as actual execution of such large programs• Solid understanding of different software development lifecycle models and expert knowledge in agile and traditional principles, with the ability to blend processes to find the right fit for technology and business.• Understanding of the breadth of end to end technology stack and depth with one platform, especially contemporary cloud-oriented platforms being used in enterprise business software space.• A strong foundation on systems thinking, design thinking, complexity management and domain driven design paradigms• Understanding of role and positioning of IOT, Data & Analytics, cloud and Systems engineering in enterprise business software and digital transformation programs across industries• Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization, with public speaking expertise presenting at meetups and conference• An ability to motivate others by demonstrating a clear purpose for the team and how their work fits into the company’s strategy while facilitating a sense of autonomy and creating an environment where people can continue to master their craft through professional development. • An ability to dynamically adapt to shifts in priorities and programs, resolving contention and solving problems across technology and our customers.• Strong business domain acumen and knowledge in one of the following domains – products & resources, manufacturing & logistics, energy, automotive, life sciences and healthcare, insurance. Strong capability to pick up new business domains in case needed. • Ability to get their hands-dirty/roll-up the sleeves to “lead by example” on the ground.• An honest, transparent and authentic management style to build relationships and trust quickly.• Fluent in English, Good German language skills are definitive advantageous
