Then we are looking for exactly you to be part of our F&B Team for the summer season 2020 as Chef de Rang!


The Grand Hotel des Bains Kempinski St. Moritz – a Grand Hotel of Savoir-Vivre! Elegance and lifestyle are combined with a warm welcome and authenticity – 5 stars that satisfy every need at ease. As a host of 184 rooms and suites, the restaurants Cà d’Oro (1 Michelin star and 17 points Gault Millau), Les Saisons and Enoteca as well as of our Kempinski The Spa, we live this philosophy every day.


Main Dutys:



  • Welcoming and handling of the restaurant guests

  • Preparing of the bills

  • Cleaning of the back office & restaurant

  • Executing the different service styles

  • Active selling of our high-quality food & beverages 

  • Taking part & leading the weekly trainings

  • Compliant to the HACCP & LQA rules

  • Leading of a service station

  • Daily Mise en Place as well as buffet service


Desired Skills & Qualifications:



  • A completed apprenticeship in the hospitality & at least 3 years of experience in different luxury brand hotels in a similiar position

  • A high degree of flexibility, assertiveness, ability to work under pressure and readiness for action

  • Team-oriented, self-reliant and precise way of working

  • Good knowledge of German and English, furthermore Italian, Mandarin or Russian language knowledge would be appreciated

  • A deep understanding of the different service styles 

  • Creativity & love to the small details, as well as high quality awareness
