As Senior Process & Systems Support Specialist of Jet Aviation you will be responsible for the development and support of the Basel Site processes, systems and reporting tools for our Cabin Completions, Refurbishments and Aircraft Maintenance activities

As Jet Aviation’s Senior Process & Systems Support Specialist you will be collaborating closely with various stakeholders throughout the company to ensure that the Site processes and associated platforms are available, matching business needs, globally aligned and executed effectively.

Main responsibilities:

• Develops CMPL, RMU and MRO methodologies, processes, reporting and associated tools


• Provides technical expertise to Jet Aviation’s internal users & leaders of business solutions and processes; answers questions regarding systems usage, data transactions and status


• Manages consolidation of EUC solutions in related IT strategic programs (PLM, ERP and BI)


• Identifies new Business Solution opportunities and follows on similar industry practices


• Collaborates with IT and /or external software application developers in order to deliver new solutions


• Maintains troubleshooting tracking ensuring timely resolution of problems

Minimum Qualification/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Product / Process management / Solutions development, or similar from an accredited university


• Strong track-record in managing Business Solutions and processes in a global matrixed organization


• In depth understanding of the aerospace industry, OEMs, and the regulatory framework


• Highly sophisticated understanding of Planning, Billing, Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing and Installation methodologies and tools, including Project Management reporting methodologies


• Development and coding skills (VB / .Net / C / R) in the context of custom solutions development
