Key Account Manager Life Science responsible for BiopharmaAccounts(m/f)

Responsibilities


YourResponsibilities:



  • Achieve sales targets in allocated territories and with allocatedcustomers

  • Developand maintain relationships withBioPharmaaccounts, visiting customers on a regularbasis at their accounts and/orat scientific conferences andmeetings

  • Executethe sales strategy in alignment with the EMEA marketingteam

  • Identifynew business and sales opportunities across all Bio-RadLife Scienceproductlines

  • Facilitatecustomer queries and work with relevant business partners to ensure customer success, ensuring that all necessary resources needed are used efficiently in order to increase Bio-RadLifeSicencebusiness

  • Workclosely with the local Field Application Specialists and theBioPharmaSales Specialists to ensure the correct support and allocation to key evaluations of sales projects in theregion

  • Reportto the EMEABioPharmaSales Manager


Qualifications


Key Qualifications



  • Master’sdegree or equivalent in a life science or related field, Ph.D. preferred

  • 3 -5+ years of proven successful field sales experience inreagentsor services to life science and ideally to drug discovery researchers in academic and biotech/pharmaceutical companies 

  • 3 -5+ years of proven successfulcollaboration withkey customer accounts and major research organizations in their region

  • Proficiency in organizing time and territory activities in order to efficiently maximize sales results

  • Ability to increase sales and customer penetration while working with multiple projects under tight deadlines

  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively across cultures and with diverse functions

  • ExcellentGermanand English language skills.French languageskills will be an added value.

  • Strategicthinker and effectivenegotiator

  • Effective communicator at all levels of theorganization
