Access management_O365/Files/SharePoint/Service Desk
Role / Purpose:
For one of our clients in Zurich, we are looking for an Employees for Request Fulfilment and Access management.
Main Tasks:
* Management of Exchange group memberships
* Reconceptual design, planning of the implementation and realization of old filing structures that do not exist according to current security standards
* Administration, optimization and maintenance of the Distributed File System
* Responsibility for data and structures of file storage and advising employees on reorganizations within client
* Process optimization with regard to data security in connection with access, creation and implementation of new security guidelines and naming conventions for administration as well as redesign of filing structures
* Introduction of new team members with the task 'File Administration'.
* Cooperation in Access Management
* Cooperation in the EMA process (entry, mutation, exit) processing of general orders
Requirement:
* IT knowledge
* Very good experience in Access Management
* Knowledge of automation
* Experience working with O365, Service Desk and Files / Sharepoint
Languages:
* German: fluent (preferably mother tongue)
* Good English
* French Nice to have
