IHRE AUFGABEN

• Develop and manage long-term release plans, taking into account dependencies and available resources


• Create and communicate detail implementation plans for individual releases


• Host status and planning meetings


• Perform risk management assessments


• Take leadership in resolving issues related to the scope, process and quality of the release


• Lead small team or work group


• Coordinate and lead go-live activities


• Constantly improve the release processes, taking into account different project methodologies, e.g. Scrum


• Support change management tasks

IHRE FÄHIGKEITEN

• Higher Education in Computer Science (University, University of Applied Sciences or equivalent diploma)


• Valid Swiss Work Permit


• 3 - 5 years of work experience in a similar role in the financial industry


• ITIL Foundation


• Project Management, e.g. PMP, IPMA


• Fluency in German and English (written and verbal)


• Structured approach to solve tasks and problems


• Team player


• Customer-oriented


• Very strong communication and planning skills


• Quick comprehension, solution-oriented approach and strong analytical thinking


• Independent and initiative working method


• Open for new technologies and agile project strucutures


• Able to lead process changes into an organisation
