We’re looking for you, a highly motivated and competent Global IT Process Expert / Manager for HRM. You will strengthen our global HRM Process and System Competence Center to actively shape the future HR processes and IT systems landscape at Hilti.

What does the role involve?


As a Global IT Process Expert / Manager for HRM, you are part of a team of HR IT and process experts, developers and HR business counterparts, which are located all over the world. You plan, manage and support global projects and systems in the fields of recruiting, people development, learning solutions, compensation & benefits, HR self-services and HR administration, aligning business goals with technology solutions and keeping user-centricity at the forefront. In your daily line of work, you connect the dots between business, IT and vendors in the best possible way to continuously improve HR processes. You collect and develop requirements to future IT solutions in the area of HR and support the design of solutions and their implementation into the organization. In addition, you act as trainer, sparring partner and change manager towards your business colleagues.

What you need is:



  • Master’s degree in IT and/or Business Administration, Business Process Management, Human Resources Management

  • At minimum of one year experience working with Workday HCM Suite in application support, design and/or configuration of processes

  • A minimum of three years’ experience in IT project and/or process management, with profound IT affinity and analytical skills

  • A deep understanding of HR operations and processes, ideally with hands-on experience in HRM.

  • Ability to drive change, high commitment and self-responsibilit

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English, any other language is a plus

  • Experience setting up business-as-usual support structures/teams is an added advantage
