The goal is to offer and internally promote structured products across a multitude of asset classes. The candidate is passionate about financial markets and is looking to be pro-active on idea generation and discussions with Client Relationship Managers (CRM), clients and advisors.Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with our client relationship managers (CRM), external asset managers (EXAM) and direct access client advisors (DAC)
Promote and distribute structured products and derivative solutions through a creative advisory approach
Identify trading/investment opportunities through market screening (macro research, third-party products)
Direct interaction with Financial Engineering desk for structuring and execution
Willingness and ability to respond to requests in a timely and efficient manner
Follow up and after sales on trading ideas and launched products
Production and promotion of marketing and sale materials for Client Relationship Managers and clients
Visit and discuss on a regular basis with CRMs, EXAMs and DAC advisors based in various locations
Support CRMs in client meetings by offering BJSS structured products
Profiles
Academic knowledge of option pricing, risk reward relationship, and Modern Portfolio Theory
At least 5 years of experience in the financial industry as Structured Products Sales and/or Advisor
Strong interpersonal skills, highly self-motivated, independent and stress resistant personality
Strong experience in cross-asset structured products
Self starter, strong intellectual capabilities and an entrepreneurial mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German; conversant in French or Italian is a plus
