Account Manager Inside Sales

Key Responsibilities
As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling our ground-breaking products by building relationships with customers through telephone and email conversations. It will be your job to ensure that every customer interaction is tailored and exceptional.
·You will: Perform outbound sales activities, lead follow-up, sales qualifications and offer support to existing and new customers;
·Manage & secure Dell asset base revenue in collaboration with Account Executives, enabling additional time for Large Projects and Deals;
·Identify key target markets and plan sales campaigns to drive demand in region, qualify demand
Essential Requirements
·Language skills: (Swiss) German native speaker, fluent in English
·Passion for technology and helping our customers to transform digitally
·Minimum 2- 3 years of relevant experience within the technology sector
·Willingness to learn the Dell Technologies product portfolio with focus on infrastructure products
·Clear communication skills & ability to challenge and influence others, whilst being a great teamplayer
Desirable Requirements
· Italian or Frenchlanguage skills
