In our Software Development Center, we develop a PC-based client-server software that controls high-precision laboratory measurement instrumentation, collects and processes measurement data. The software is distributed worldwide and supports multiple languages. To further expand our leadership role, we invest in our software platforms for new products. That is why we are looking for a motivated Senior C# /.NET Software Engineer.

Here you are part of a large project with professional, systematic processes and still have enough freedom for your creativity. This role is based in our global operational Headquarter in Nänikon Greifensee. Your tasks:

• As an experienced SW developer, you take part in all the phases (concept, design, implementation, unit testing and code reviews) of the development of the core components for a PC-based client-server application


• As a part of a dynamic and high-performance software team you can work independently and help the team achieve its goals


• Training and support of the team members in the development work in their own field of competence


• Interfaces to third-party systems are part of the functionality and management of instrument data


• You work closely with your cooperation partners, who are product managers, dedicated requirements engineers, test-teams and embdedded software development teams

Ihr Profil

Following requirements are necessary for this role:

• Higher degree in computer science (FH / BSc, MSc)


• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in the software engineering environment


• Knowledge of OOA / OOD, UML and OO implementations


• Practical experience with the .NET Framework and C#


• Know-how of phase models and agile methods


• Reliable person with good communication skills, who can work independently and focuses on the team's goals


• Ideally experience with WPF, WCF, NHibernate and Autofac


• Fluent in English (oral and written) - German a plus
