Teva Pharmaceuticals International GmbH (“TPIG”) is a subsidiary of Teva Europe based in Switzerland. The company trades mainly Global Specialty medicines & Branded Generics Products with many markets in EU and the US.
The company is also hosting the trading hub for our Latin American markets. The company is engaged in Research and Development through its R&D hub based in Basel, it is also engaged in manufacturing and sales activities which are coordinated out from its headquarter in Jona. Your Tasks

• You are responsible for Supply Chain Business Process Management, to map out existing process and design new ones applying process modelling notations to document processes


• You act as the key integrator across Supply Chain and TPIG functions to drive efficiency and effectiveness and deliver aligned and consistent processes and systems


• You deliver continuous improvement, identify opportunities to harmonize and standardize work practices and to eliminate non-value add activities


• You are involved in various cross-functional projects to achieve robust and sustainable business operations


• You manage and facilitate the project portfolio management process, to include project prioritization, change agenda, overall governance, decision-making process


• You lead and co-ordinate Supply Chain Compliance to support tax, regulatory and trade flow changes: change control management, Swissmedic inspections, audits, data integrity, SOPs, etc.)

Your Profile

• You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial engineering or science-related field or similar degree with applicable experience; Master’s Degree is an advantage


• You have 7 to 10 years of professional experience in operations, global supply chain processes in the pharmaceutical industry


• You have proven leadership capabilities with strong interpersonal skills, especially in managing cross-functional teams in a virtual environment


• You are able to identify risks, think and act strategically


• You have excellent communication and negotiation skills


• You are able to build consensus and manage ambiguities
