Growth Leader
In this position you are part of the Wholesale International Sales department and you will work with business partners in Marketing, local group companies and Sales to achieve growth breakthroughs by improving performance enablement. You will promote and facilitate diagnosis of work flow impediments and wastes throughout Sales & Marketing and will report directly to the GVP Hearing Instruments Wholesale.

Your tasks



  • Contribute to developing a Sonova tool-box of growth tools including funnel management, targeting, territory management, value based selling among others

  • Manage funnel of growth initiatives and assist commercial leaders to create a prioritized roadmap

  • Lead Kaizens to help drive accelerated change

  • Continuously improve performance fundamentals by training and installation of foundational capabilities in strategy deployment / Hoshin Kanri, action planning and KPI management

  • Continuously elevate commercial processes by supporting Sales and Marketing leaders to deploy, improve and sustain standard processes for key Sales and Marketing processes

  • Providing formal and informal training and coaching for commercial leaders

  • Assist in achieving the strategic plan objectives and KPI’s related to the global wholesale commercial organization priorities in collaboration with the respective business owners

Your profile



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent, Master’s Degree is a plus

  • +7 years’ of sales and/or marketing experience with demonstrated success in continuous improvement culture, previous experience from strategy or management consulting is a plus

  • Experience and practice of Lean Tools such as e.g. Kaizen, A3PS or VSM

  • Process-driven personality with a strong continuous process improvement mind-set

  • Ability to communicate to all levels of the organization

  • Experience in managing projects and people from multiple disciplines

  • Fluent written and spoken English, any other language is an advantage

  • Willingness to travel up to 60%
