Global Retail SI&OP Senior Manager
We are looking for a Global Retail SI&OP Senior Manager who will lead the Global Sales Inventory & Operations Planning process for Sonova Audiological Care (AC). You will be responsible to drive the design, implementation and continuous improvement of SI&OP in all AC markets, with a focus on the top 8. You will be part of the AC Global Operations team based in Steinhausen ZG.

Your tasks



  • Design and implementation of local and global SI&OP process for AC

  • Lead the team to ensure the daily running of SI&OP related topics within the current process, forecasting, inventory, order management, phase in / phase out planning etc.

  • Define and implement SI&OP KPI dashboard

  • Report out to senior leadership on performance and drive decision making within the tactical, operational and strategic horizons

  • Develop reporting capabilities to support the AC S&OP process and operational business including product availability

  • Work closely with HQ marketing and launch management on new product introductions

Your profile



  • At least 10 years’ experience in S&OP, preferably in healthcare or a retail environment

  • Proven track record in continuous improvement in S&OP and driving demand planning and inventory management processes

  • Experience in demand planning and inventory management is a must and experience with the successful implementation of operational processes in a vertical integrated setup

  • Excellent communication skills at all levels of the business is a must and ability to effectively communicate and drive decision making

  • Continuous improvement mindset with openness to change and challenging the status quo

  • Fluent in English

  • Willingness to travel up to 20%
