Global Retail SI&OP Manager
We are looking for a Global Retail SI&OP Manager who will manage the monthly Sonova Audiological Care (AC) Sales & Operations Planning Process and support the markets to reach their targets. You will responsible to drive the adherence and continuous improvement of inventory management, demand planning, order management and product availability. You will be part of the AC Global Operations team based in Steinhausen ZG.

Your tasks



  • Work with the AC markets (focus on top 8) to drive process adherence and continuous improvement

  • Act as point of contact of AC markets for all demand, inventory and product availability support

  • Work closely with global operations to ensure accurate and timely communication

  • Support the creation of demand planning and inventory management targets at a market level

  • Support the AC SI&OP process with reporting and analysis

  • Ensure new product introduction launches and phase in and phase out planning in collaboration with AC marketing and launch management

  • Support the design and implementation of the AC S&OP process

Your profile



  • At least three years’ experience in retail operations, preferably in healthcare or FMCG or a similar sales-related environment

  • Experience in demand planning and inventory management is a must

  • Proven track record in driving demand planning and inventory management processes to meet challenging targets

  • Advanced IT skills, above average excel and system analytics skills are a big advantage

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to extract relevant and critical information incl. communication

  • Continuous improvement mindset and openness to change and challenging the status quo

  • Fluent in English
