Cost Controller

On behalf of our client, a biomedical company based in Solothurn, we are looking for an experienced
Cost Controller for a long-term project (1 year with possible extension). The ideal candidate should be immediately available.




Key role responsibilities include:

  • Supervising the project team regarding costs

  • Inform and advise the Project Manager and the Project Control Manager

  • Prepare weekly and monthly cost and progress reports

  • Conduct forecasting and project cost estimating

  • Operate as SAP subject matter expert

  • Keep SAP financial reports up-to-date

  • Examine cost control plans for compliance


The successful candidate will have:

  • Higher education in Finance, Business, Engineering or Construction

  • Several years of experience

  • Excellent English skills

  • Solid knowledge of WBS budget development

  • Proficiency Microsoft Office Applications

  • Good knowledge of GMP and GEP

  • Exceptional communication and team-leading skills

  • Team player, hands-on, result oriented personality
