Instructional Designer

For our Training and Training Systems department, we are looking for a Computer Based Training (CBT) Instructional Designer.

What you do:

• Create, develop and review CBT courseware


• Create lesson plans based on a defined training syllabus


• Provide Quality Assurance and version control across all CBT courseware


• Liaise with Engineering and other Departments to verify the CBT content


• Help to improve processes and standards, and contribute to the development of the team and its working practices

What you bring:

• At least 3 years of working experience in development of computer based educational solutions


• Aviation background (preferable aircraft technician)


• Knowledge of E-learning authoring tools (such as Articulate Storyline)


• Learning technology experience such as Learning Management System (LMS) and Content Management System (CMS)


• Experience with scripting such as Javascript and knowledge of E-learning standards constitute an advantage


• Fluent in spoken and written English, knowledge of German is advantageous
