Junior Account Manager Retail

What will you be working with?

• Handling and onboarding of new clients


• Conducting of client meetings at the office


• Correspondence and answering brokerage client inquiries


• Handling, registration and booking of brokerage trades


• Brokerage account settlements


• Payment Gateway clients onboarding / support / settlement


• Support Swiss Crypto Vault


• Online Trading Platform management


• Various project support 

Here is our wish list for what you can do already

• Commercial apprenticeship or higher education and a minimum of 1 year experience in the financial sector 


• Profound understanding of Compliance functions and Swiss AML regulations


• Basic understanding of Crypto Business is a must


• High integrity (punctual, reliable, secretive)


• Very good communication skills and experience in direct client contact


• Dedicated and responsible personality with strong team-player attitude


• Ability to work independently and to take initiative, working on weekends and evenings 


• Ability to stay calm in hectic situations


• Creativity in finding solutions and providing hands-on results


• Fluency in German, Swiss German and English; French and other languages are of advantage
