For our sales department in Regensdorf we are looking for a

Lead Qualification Executive (outbound calls) m/f 60-70%

Starting now or upon agreement

In this exciting role you will be working closely with other sales executives supplying them with leads to generate new business.

• Supply sales executives with all contact details and account information needed


• Desk research in  the internet for new potential customers


• Ensure accurate customer information on the customer database 


• Support the Global Sales Process with appropriate usage of CRM tools


• Allocate customer requests to the appropriate department

Requirements

• Mother tongue or equivalent in French (C2), fluent in English (B2-C1), good German is a plus


• Excellent customer and service orientation as well as strong quality awareness


• Pleasure in contacting customers via telephone


• Quick comprehension, ability to work in a team, resilience and flexibility


• Planning, organization and problem solving skills
