DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a
Scrum Master who is attracted to work in a dynamic and growing environment. In this role you will act as Servant Leader to the scrum team in understanding and applying the Scrum framework as well as facilitating scrum events for the team.

Responsibilities



  • Consulting team members regarding everything Agile

  • Fostering the team’s self-organization, collaboration and knowledge sharing

  • Facilitate prioritization of goals of development team and product owner

  • Support and promote feedback culture based on the Scrum values

  • Helping the team to continuously improve their processes and productivity

  • Managing the scrum process and coaching multiple agile teams

  • Working together in close collaboration with the project owners and requirement engineers in order to understand their requirements and translate them into working deliverables


Requirements



  • Proven applied professional experience as a Scrum Master

  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience

  • Technical background (DEV, QA, BA in the past)

  • Experience working in a financial services company (i.e. bank)

  • Scaled agile experience (e.g. SAFe) is a plus

  • Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency

  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high energy, demanding and team-oriented environment

  • Good at communicating and coordinate with people at all levels in the organization

  • Strong customer orientation and understanding of customer requirements

  • Ability to accept and adapt to changes in objectives, priorities and new challenges

  • Capability to proactively anticipate issues and opportunities in advance

  • Strong English language skills, German language skills would be a plus
