What we’re looking for 

Doodle is looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead and execute the growth and monetization of our huge user base by overseeing our website from content pages through to checkout; and our digital advertising stack. You will achieve this by

• Introducing new ad formats and optimizing the existing ad stack globally in close collaboration with our ad sales team


• Building and improving our homepage, content pages, pricing page, and checkout together with the marketing team


• Improving the experience of discovering and purchasing Doodle’s premium products

To succeed in this job, you feel comfortable working with different stakeholders and juggling their requests to build the best product possible.

With us, you will

• Develop the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for improving the growth and monetization of Doodle’s user base


• Be the subject matter expert in the ad stack and the checkout flow


• Actively communicate with different stakeholders to add value to Doodle


• Define and prioritize user stories and work with engineering and design to implement and iterate


• Define and analyze metrics that inform and ensure the success


• Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers

Yourbackground 

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in business, technology or engineering 


• 3 or more years experience working as a Product Manager or in a related discipline in the digital space


• Digital advertising experience is a plus


• Comfortable working with data and analytics


• Comfortable delivering in a fast-growing business


• Ability to communicate with many stakeholders across different parts of the organization 


• You build consensus by default, but can drive hard decisions when needed


• Experience with Agile Product Development Methodology a plus


• Eligible to work in Switzerland


• Fluent in German and comfortable to communicate in English
