Tasks

• Moderating ideation hunting process and idea portfolio building


• Maturing ideas during discovery phase for first decision round, including client, market and competitor research to position idea


• Familiarizing relevant stakeholders with ideas, present ideas to decision boards


• Leading definition of the first product release/MVP, setting up and shaping the required project structure (approach, internal & external support, etc.)


• Manging the project within the defined product development phase, including the coaching of cross-functional teams


• Following trends in new product design/development methodologies and assessing their benefits for the organization

Profile

• MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 5 years in a similar role


• Excellent knowledge of product innovation and development


• Experience in design thinking, agile project management and software development


• Superior relationship building, collaboration, consultation and influencing skills


• Strong results orientation and ability to deal with and manage through ambiguity and high levels of complexity


• Fast learner with curiousity for the energy trading industry


• Good English skills required, German a plus

This role is part of Axpo's Trading & Sales business area and is located at Axpo's headquarters in Baden, Switzerland. It is a great opportunity for a Product Manager with a strong background in digital product innovation and development who is looking for a highly dynamic and international environment.
