We are currently looking for a mid-senior level System Engineer in Allschwil, Switzerland to join our team on client’s side. Experience in SharePoint/SCCM/Office 365 administration is required. A great opportunity to work in the Pharma industry with exposure to new technologies and an international environment.

Major Accountabilities

• Administrate SharePoint/SCCM, Azure and Windows Office 365 in a newly established environment in the eWorkplace team


• Administration of large groups of computers and support the second line engineers


• Develop system documentation, training documentation and end-user communication

Skills and Requirements:

• Several years of experience in managing a Microsoft Office 365 platform including SharePoint, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive


• Strong knowledge of client and server operating systems management (Windows 10, Windows Server 2016) and administration of large groups of computers


• Experience in managing Azure and/or AWS infrastructure/platform as a service (IaaS/PaaS) to run eWorkplace IT systems would be an asset


• Very good knowledge of regulated environments (GxP)


• Strong communication skills, able to understand problems and present solutions towards business partners


• Good analytical skills, ability to understand business requirements and to transform them into IT solutions


• Flexible person with a “can do” attitude and willingness to learn


• Fluency in English (spoken and written) required, (Swiss) German and/or French knowledge is desirable
