Product Manager Parts (m/f)

Are you a proactive, service-oriented personality with a passion to tackle your tasks? In this challenging and very diversified function, you take responsibility for the parts and ensure the following activities.

Your Tasks



  • Lead a team of product managers

  • Manage the full life-cycle of the parts portfolio

  • Define product strategy, e.g. determine the spare parts product

  • roadmap, pricing models and customer incentive programs

  • Lead and coordinate the sales release process

  • Translate customer needs or requirements into technical specifications

  • Own the ESSENTIALorder online parts shop as a sales channel to agents and customers

  • Develop business cases, marketing materials and value argumentation for original spare parts vs. nonoriginal copies, competitive positioning & differentiation & USP's, Training

  • Protect sales against pirates and OEM’s (branding, IP protection)

  • Analyze the market (trends, players, positioning) and monitor industry best practices


Your Profile



  • Highly customer oriented and service driven

  • The aim to contribute significantly

  • At least 3-4 years of professional experience, preferably in capital goods industry

  • Experience with IP issues is an advantage

  • proven strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • A technical University degree and further education in marketing

  • Excellent German and English language skills

  • A future colleague who likes personal and intercultural interaction
