Position Summary

Reporting directly to the Customer Services Manager of the Operations, you will ensure the follow-up of customer worldwide orders for Nestlé commodities and make sure everything is done in a proper timing. You will also be the single point of contact for projects which will enhance the performance of the overall Supply Chain.

A day in the life of a Procurement Operations Expert

  • Follow up on dispatch from third-parties suppliers to Nestlé Factories.

  • Issuance of billings documents.

  • Creation and management of credit notes generated from customer claims.

  • Management of self-billing process in coordination with GLOBE, Procurement & Nestle markets.

  • Coordination and collaboration with Nestrade finance, accounting, project management for settlement of pending issues or customer requests.

  • Lead and support the implementation of projects to enhance the performance of the supply chain.

  • Management of Master-data activities.


What will make you successful

  • University degree in Business Administration and/or Supply Chain.

  • Strong communication and convincing skills.

  • Exposure to Project Management.

  • 2-3 years of professional experience in an operations department (export and transportation management knowledge).

  • Fluent in English, any other language is a plus.

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, SAP SD & P2P modules.
