Position Overview


Role description



  • Sales professional for third party distribution in the Romandie area - focus Institutional (Pension Funds/Corporates/Wholesale / Third Party banks, Family Offices & IAM clients

  • Manage own book of business and support the Head of Romandie on all the major accounts

  • Defines strategic scope and direction for covered accounts

  • Develop new product and distribution ideas taking into account the Swiss regulatory framework and local demand

  • Identify cross selling opportunities with the Passive Sales Specialists

  • Answer ad-hoc client calls and requests, send performance updates, coordinate conference calls, etc.

  • Customized and manual update of monthly and quarterly client reportings, regular data delivery

  • Organization and booking of manager roadshows, coordination of marketing material and handling of follow-ups and deliverables

    Key Targets




  • Further professionalizes client coverage model and diversifies book of business

  • Support the Head of Romandie but independently develop business with target accounts

  • Manage the daily client and CRM requests, represent the company as first point of entry

  • Enhance quality of customised presentations and reportings, improve response time

  • Support entire third party distribution sales team across various daily tasks


Required Profile



  • Fluent in French with strong local footprint

  • Strong communication skills in English, good knowledge of German a plus

  • Good knowledge of the local wholesale and institutional market

  • Strong IT skills and understanding of the client service process in order to achieve excellent quality

  • Ability to foster long-term relationships with existing clients

  • Intrinsically motivated by the business with a sound understanding of the asset management world

  • Team player with the ambition to support the future development of the business

  • Approximately 3-5 years client sales and service experience

  • MBA, BA in Finance, with further CFA or similar certification a plus
