What's the role?

Join our interdisciplinary team in Global Process Management for Product Portfolio Management at Hilti and contribute in defining the future of how we successfully bring service, software and hardware solutions to the market. Being part of a corporate function, your role is to drive our systematic innovation knowledge even further to boost our global innovation community. What does the role involve?

As an intern in our department you will be part of a cross-organizational strategic project. You will work closely with our managers and experts to ensure a quick learning curve while giving you the freedom to act and show initiative.
Based on your specified assignment your key responsibilities will be to create your own network in the organization, collect information across business units (e.g. via interviews), support in workshop facilitation, build executive communication material and drive mindset change.

What you need is:

• You are currently a Master student in engineering or business management – if you can prove having a mind for our business, we will consider other subjects like psychology or economics as well


• You have strong communication skills and you’re fluent in written and spoken English


• You've spent at least three months in a professional environment, like an internship, apprenticeship or work experience


• You have good Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), SharePoint, JIRA and Confluence are a plus


• You're mature and assertive, curious and committed. You're a flexible team player with empathy, good communication and social skills
