To strengthen our Technical Assistance team, we are looking for a:

 

 

                                                                       TECHNICAL ADVISOR

 

 

ROLE:
 

• Support customers with expertise and solutions during the implementation & use of our products


• Assist in new project implementation and contribute in problem solving issues


• Organize and participate customer’s visits at SICPA


• Participate in the development of new products and solutions within the different R&D projects


• In collaboration with various departments, participate in the promotion of our products and concepts


• Document interventions and tests performed at the client’s premises

 

PROFILE:
 

• Engineering degree in Chemistry or equivalent in printing industry


• 3-5 years’ experience in chemical or printing industry is an advantage


• Very flexible and willing to travel around the world (50-60%)


• Demonstrated ability in managing multiple tasks/projects along with the ability to work in a fast paced team environment independently


• Ability to establish credibility with internal & external stakeholders, strong ethics and customer orientation


• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills


• Fluent in English and German intermediate. French is highly desirable
