• Outstanding industry personal and professional network within HNW/UHNW for the relevant market to support our growth strategy and to push the development agenda for revenue, NNA and SGC (Single Global Currency)
• Proven track record of relevant experience in a client acquisition and management of wealth for clients
• Depending on the seniority of the role to be filled, the years of experience required in one of the roles for Middle East, NRI, Africa markets will vary starting from 3-5 years for a junior role reaching up to 7 years or more for a senior position
• Strong financial product and technical competence in the understanding, development and delivery of holistic wealth planning solutions to clients including the digital banking solutions
• First class presentation and communication skills; able to listen, guide and influence internal and external stakeholders
• Drive and motivation to work in a target driven and high performance culture
• Entrepreneurial and innovative approach in the identification of business opportunities
• Highest professional work ethic and standards, decisiveness, innovative thinking and ability to cope under pressure
• High level of professional and personal integrity and compliance standards ensuring all work activities are performed in line with internal and external guidelines and regulatory policies
• For the team leader role: ability to hire and build a high performing team; to manage the team dynamics, to mentor, coach and motivate Relationship Managers, thereby supporting their professional development; capability to lead and inspire people
• MBA or degree from a university or a institute of higher education
• Fluency in English as well as in the native language spoken by the clients to be covered for the relevant market
