Tätigkeiten:
Daily accounting entries in SAP and payment software, particularly in relation to banks and investments
Manage monthly interface activities
IFRS and Swiss GAAP closing activities and reporting per defined plan
Participation in and coordination of Group reporting activities
Quarterly closing tasks in SAP and FSRI
Deferred tax calculation and reporting
Coordination of the IFRS reporting package deliverables
Payment approval after ensuring that control procedures have been performed
Preparation and control of documents for the external auditors
Participation in projects
Key user of SAP FI
Various reporting functions, i.e. to local, state, and federal authorities
Provide financial analyses as needed
Anforderungen:
Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
Good knowledge of IFRS and Swiss GAAP
SAP-FI, SAP-CO, SAP-BW, SAP-BO
Good consolidation experience
Experience in multi-currency accounting
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Power Query)
Strong technical skills and experience in accounting and finance
Excellent analytical and organisational skills
Winning and engaging personality with the ability to get things done
Strong social and communication skills
Ability to work both independently and systematically under pressure
Strong client responsiveness and organisational skills
Sprachen: Fluent German and English langauge skills
