Then we are looking for exactly you to be part of our Culinary Team for the summer season 2020 as Indian Chef!

Main Dutys:



  • Monthly planning, conducting & monitoring of the inventory 

  • Preparing and making different indian dishes for all of our outlets

  • Compliant and  promoting of the quality standards in the kitchen area

  • Daily Mise en Place

  • Compliance and development with the given recipes 

  • Co-responsible about the proper storage of  food products and adherenceto the HACCP-Rules


Desired Skills & Qualifications:



  • A completed apprenticeship as a chef & at least 5 years of experience in different luxury brand kitchens

  • Leadership competence of employees from different nations and cultures

  • A high degree of flexibility, assertiveness, ability to work under pressure and readiness for action

  • Team-oriented, self-reliant and precise way of working

  • Good knowledge of German and English 

  • A deep understanding & professional experience of the indian kitchen

  • Creativity & love to the small details, as well as high quality awareness
