Task
Administrative and organisational support for two members of the Executive Committee
Demanding oral and written correspondence in English and German
Appointment and travel management
Important contact person for internal and external stakeholders
Preparation and follow-up of meetings, including taking minutes
Organisation of meetings, workshops and events
Profile
Commercial apprenticeship and further training in business administration (e.g. Direktionsassistent/-in mit Eidg. Fachausweis)
Profound professional experience as an assistant or in a comparable position
Very good written and oral language skills in English and German are required, French language skills are an advantage
Precise working methods and high customer and service orientation
Strong user-related knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word)
