The role:



  • Manage our key accounts portfolio

  • Source new strategic partnership and opportunities

  • Increase the business size by growing revenues profitably and implement strategy

  • Report and analyse clients performance

  • Monitor and lead high sales performance metrics

  • Achieve assigned strategic account goals

  • Establish long-term client relationships

  • Communicate with major clients and respond to specific queries

  • Suggest solutions and new ideas to meet client needs

  • Guide communication between strategic customers and our teams

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports and forecasts
