Job description

For the Information Security division, we are looking for a motivated Regional Information Security Officer to support the Swatch Group Companies. A colleague who enjoys working in all domains of information security, sharing new ideas, and keen on driving continuous improvement at all times.

• Responsible that the defined Swatch Group Information Security rules are applied in the assigned companies
• Drive improvements in Information Security for the Swatch Group assigned companies
• Help local business and IT departments on Information Security matters and projects
• Realize risk analyses and information security audits
• Raise the awareness, train and inform the assigned Swatch Group companies in information security and data protection
• Define and propose solutions to ensure the needed compliance based on the local legal rules
• Support of local user awareness programs
• Advisor in Information Security for the business and IT departments

Profile

• Bachelor or Master degree in IT
• CAS/MAS in Information Security as advantage
• CISSP, CISM and/or CISA as advantage
• Deep knowledge in Information Security standards (e.g. ISO/IEC 2700x, NIST etc.)
• Experience in project management
• Willingness to travel (+50%)

Professional requirements

• Five years’ work experience in a senior information security position

Languages

• Proficiency in English and French or German
