Your role: You will play a key role in the overall transformation of our Healthcare Global Operations, driving competitive advantage by moving our manufacturing technology and digitalization agenda. Specifically, you will support the development of an integrated and holistic vision for the biopharma manufacturing plant of the future and orchestrate the execution of selected workstreams. This will include stretching the organization thinking towards manufacturing innovation, following trends and ensuring visibility from other companies and technology providers to provide valuable insights. By collaborating with Global and Site stakeholders, you will define a concrete strategic roadmap serving our operational targets and shape solutions accordingly. You will also be working hands-on into the design and development of use cases for manufacturing optimization through lean concepts and advanced analytics, working together with subject matter experts and operators. You will develop best practice and expert guidelines in advanced analytics, data strategy and governance, and IT architecture. As a self-directed and agile individual, you will have the possibility to shape your role together with the company’s progress on the technology agenda.

Who you are:

• You have a degree in Life Science, Engineering, Physics/Mathematics; Advanced degree (Ph.D) preferred, having 3 years of experience in the Healthcare or Technology industry.


• You have proven experience in leading Digital programs, as an integrator between business users and Digital/IT experts. You have been exposed to sprint approaches and design thinking. Experience in management consulting a strong plus.


• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced and hands-on know-how in data science / machine learning and sound competencies in statistics. Expertise with python, R, and analytics software (e.g. Tableau, Spotfire, etc.) a must.


• You have expertise in manufacturing optimization and LEAN. Experience in pharma manufacturing and packaging or Belt certification a plus.


• You are a self-starter, with strong drive, and the ability to federate around you. You have experience in a multinational environment and the ability to work effectively across a matrix organization.


• You have excellent skills in English (verbal and written). German, French or Italian would be considered as a plus.
