Are you looking for a central function in the fund industry?

As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for an open, solution-oriented and entrepreneurial personality for our Head office in Zurich, either immediately or by agreement.

Officer Commission Management Funds (m/f/x) 100%

In this exciting position, you will take responsibility for the reliable support of our international sales network, with which you can actively cultivate and expand your contacts and apply your foreign language skills on a daily basis.

This is your area of responsibility:

• Independent preparation and dispatch of periodic inventory commission invoices to our distribution and cooperation partners


• Identification of reconciliation differences


• Verify, download and check monthly inventories of distribution partners


• Determination and clarification of reconciliation differences with the custodians and transfer agents


• Monitoring of various settlements and payment confirmations


• Dispatch of various documents and fund overviews

What are we looking for?

Maybe you are a graduate (business administration, finance) and looking for the next step in your future career - or you have an apprenticeship in banking or commercial training and may have knowledge of investment funds. Ideally, you may have also already gained experience in the area of processing portfolio commissions with distribution partners, fund management companies and/or custodian banks.

You have very good knowledge of MS-Office (Excel) and data management, have a flair for numbers and feel comfortable when dealing with networked complex systems. Your personality is characterised by commitment, resilience and flexibility. You are interested in and willing to develop further in a complex field. You communicate very well in German and English. Other foreign languages (especially French) are an advantage. Your exact, reliable, independent and team-oriented way of working rounds off your profile.
