Your responsibilities
Organization of the team structure such as workload, absence management and trouble shooting
Talent management of the customer care team
Transfer strategic objectives into implementation
Implement & train guidelines and processes
Support activities to enable and empower customer service as well as service centers worldwide to increase their self-sufficiency
Trigger knowledge management to support new tools
Train internal customer service departments
Responsible for KPI definition & reporting
Leads and / or supports projects
Coordination with internal departments
Takes part in daily business max. 20%
Your qualifications
Commercial education, further education in export and team leadership
Minimum of 5 years' experience in export and team leadership
Experience in change management and process reliability
Customer care skills, networked and structured thinking
Strong personality, who can motivate and lead the Team
Good language skills of English and German, other languages are an advantage
