Packaging Systems Senior Development Engineer (w/m)Reference Code BCR 19076-47945As part of our global packaging system development activities, the B.Braun Center of Excellence (CoE) Pharmaceuticals is reinforcing one of its Global Packaging Systems Management (GPSM) department based in Crissier. We are seeking for a:

Your responsibilities

• Strengthen the department’s knowledge in the fields of Medical Devices / Combination Products Life Cycle Management activities,


• Insure a smooth transition to the MDR for our CE registered products,


• Management of projects/assignments related to Life Cycle Management of existing containers for intravenous solutions (bags, bottles , syringes) hereafter referred to as packaging systems according to the company global strategy,


• Development of new medical & pharmaceuticals packaging systems & processes according to B.Braun CoE Pharmaceuticals development process flow, GxP’s, international standards, pharmacopoeias, MDR, ...


• Establish technological watch on packaging systems manufacturing processes and materials for medical/pharmaceutical applications.

Your qualifications

• MSc as Engineer (Technical engineering) or equivalent,


• 5 years successful experience in development, industrialisation and registration of Medical Devices / Combination Products


• Proven experience in plastic packaging,


• Proven experience in project management (International project management certificate is an asset),


• Fluent in English, good knowledge of French is also required, German is an asset,


• You are strongly driven by the will of finding solutions to arising problems, Meanwhile, you are accurate, rigorous and show good resistance to stressful situations. You will need technical versatility to achieve your goals. Open-minded, attentive to your interlocutors while being able to assure your function, you find the relevant arguments to achieve your goals, Independent and autonomous, you enjoy working in a team in a matrix structure and communicating with various partners.
