For our business line Power Grids Grid Automation (PGGA) in Baden, we are looking for a Cyber Security Program Manager & Certification lead. In this role you will work closely with the Cyber Security Practice Leader and the Operational Excellence team to develop and implement a strategy for cyber security certification. You who will be the primary contact for cyber security certification in the Grid Automation Business Line and will be required to develop an effective, collaborative relationship with a significant number of stakeholders, across ABB’s Global Business.


Your responsibilities



  • Serve as a cyber security subject matter expert to guide and support the ABB Grid Automation Business Line in the development and implementation of cyber security processes. A key responsibility will be ensuring ABB’s software development, project execution and service delivery meet the rigorous requirements of our critical infrastructure customers and relevant international security standards

  • Identify relevant cyber security standards and certifications that will allow ABB to efficiently and consistently meet the security requirements for our critical infrastructure customers globally

  • Develop necessary cyber security documentation and training material for the Grid Automation global workforce

  • Manage the response to cyber security incidents

  • Represent ABB as a thought leader and expert in customer discussions regarding cyber security

  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of global cyber security risks and market requirements, including regulations and standards


Your background



  • University degree combined with a minimum of 12 years’ experience in information security and or information risk management in a large global organization

  • Strong information security knowledge and good network within the security professional community

  • In-depth understanding of cyber standards such as IEC 62443 and ISO 2700x

  • Demonstrated success implementing an information security management system in a large complex organization

  • Deep knowledge of industrial/power automation technology

  • Good business acumen, e.g. regarding value added services or product strategies

  • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to tailor and engage communication across all levels of the organization with the appropriate degree of cultural awareness and sensitivity

  • Ability to work effectively in a global team

  • Willingness to work in open, collaborative, networking environment with various functions and businesses

  • Self-motivated, structured and results oriented with good time management skills

  • Capable of setting the right priorities in a demanding environment

  • Fluency in verbal and written English is essential, fluency in additional languages would be a bonus
