To ensure the highest possible quality of our manufacturing process, we are looking for
About the role motivated professionals to bring their quality work and expertise and being part of the growing
Hungarian team in a new company with multiple opportunities and a growing technology. In
particular we are looking forward a hands-on, on the floor, data and detail-oriented professional
with experience in material characterization and quality control who can lead the OFF-Line
Metrology area and certify the compliance of each manufacturing step outcome with the internal
process specifications.


Responsibilities OFF Line manufacturing process monitoring: implementation of the metrological
techniques and SPC methodologies with special focus on the thin film deposition
processes



  • Training on the job at the pre-installation and production fab in Switzerland


  • Perform all reliability measurement and deliver related results to Reliability team to certify
    the product quality


  • Implementation of the necessary quality control of the incoming raw materials


  • Management of al OLM equipment in terms of activity plan, calibration plan and
    preventive maintenance plan


  • Provide the necessary training of the operator on the off-line metrological methodologies
    and equipment: implementation of the procedures and operative instructions.


  • Implementation and supervision of the safety rules of the area


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Physics/Material Science. Master's preferred



Education and
Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role (quality, reliability, metrology)
required Experience in working in clean room environment



  • Effective leadership, excellent communication and very good organizational skills

  • Efficient, solution oriented, flexible

  • Hands on, experienced in material characterization

  • Experience in at least one of the fields is a plus: semiconductor technology, thin film
    technology, optical material characterization, roll to roll, Solar

  • English and Hungarian are a must. Knowledge of German would be a plus

  • Able to work under pressure and prioritize the tasks
