The Business Analyst owns the commercial processes related to the CRM application “Salesforce” and acts as the bridge between the business and IT to gather, analyze and evaluate business needs, and to translate them into value adding CRM system solutions and processes. The Business Analyst governs the processes and content in Salesforce, working closely with internal customers and the external provider for technical development & support. S/He reports to the VP Commercial Services.
Your tasks
• Govern Salesforce acting as single point of contact for the business, IT and the external Salesforce development & support provider
• Leverage Salesforce to deliver value adding business solutions that best support the global organization and user experience
o Gather, evaluate and verify business needs from internal customers
o Develop and advise on value adding enhancements of Salesforce
o Define the solution in cooperation with IT and the external service provider for technical development and support
o Monitor the development of solutions and perform acceptance tests
o Roll-out and perform user trainings
• Ensure that projects and enhancements are delivered on time, cost and quality
• Take accountability for adherence with compliance policies and procedures
• As pivotal point between internal customers and external service provider for technical development and support, provide day to day end user support, troubleshoot issues and assist users with best practices
• Support commercial teams with Salesforce data, reports and CI initiatives
Your profile
• Master or Bachelor degree or equivalent education
• Excellence in project management, proven track record of project skills and deliveries
• Proven analytical, problem solving and presentation skills
• Solid business process understanding in sales cycle and service management
• Familiarity and experienced with CRM application “Salesforce” is a clear advantage
• Passionate about excellent processes and solid solution designs delivering value to the business
• Strong personality and focus to achieve results
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in English
