About this opportunity

As the Marketing Communications Manager EMEA you will be responsible for the development and execution of all customer and consumer communication campaigns, using all channels and platforms, with a strong focus on digital and social. The Marketing Communications Manager EMEA will work in close collaboration with the Director of Marketing Communications and EMEA Marketing colleagues to execute the communication schedule for each target segment.

In this role, you will…

• Execute approved digitally-first communication plans for professional and segments using SFDC Marketing Cloud


• Execute digital recruitment strategy to attract new customers


• Develop internal communication programs to ensure the business remains up to date with key campaign initiatives


• Establish key success metrics reports to track and share performance with stakeholders, optimize journeys and messaging


• Establish and maintain strong and effective relationships with external agencies, including budget management of key projects


• Manage and coordinate local media initiatives and associated spend, in collaboration with local stakeholders

In this role, you’ll need …

• Minimum of 5 years marketing and marketing communications, digital and social media, marketing or communications planning experience


• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in marketing/business


• Minimum 3+ years of experience with enterprise CRM and multichannel marketing hubs – Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred


• Strong communication (writing, oral, & presentation) and analytical skills


• Strong project management skills


• Must be able to communicate effectively with internal and external key partners


• Thrives in a fast-paced, high growth global matrix environment


• Able to build effective working relationships with diverse business functions within the region and globally such as Marketing, Sales, Consumer, Finance, IT, Human Resources, Legal, Project Management, etc.


• Marketing experience in the medical device industry preferred


• Fluency in English


• Fluency in other relevant European languages highly beneficial

Work Schedule/Hours

• The normal work hours and days assigned to this position are Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
