Responsibilities & Profile

Your contribution to KPMG

• Support client projects


• Advise insurance companies on current topics in regard to process optimization and operational excellence


• Work with the clients to develop solutions for their current challenges


• Be responsible for planning your own engagement and ensure project delivery


• Engage in customer relationship management and support acquisition of new projects and new clients


• Support development of our insurance practice in Switzerland

This is what makes you successful

• Master in Economics, Business IT, Computer Sciences or similar


• 5-7 years of experience as a management consultant in the insurance sector


• Good knowledge of the Swiss insurance sector


• Project experience in at least one of the following areas within insurance (e.g. digital transformation, automation or data & analytics)


• Strong team player


• Performance-driven person with strong delivery capabilities


• Experience in running Project Management Offices


• Strong project management skills


• Proficient in English and German
