For our division «Infrastructure and Data Management» we are looking for our locations in Zurich and/or Nyon an experienced Transition and Transformation Program Manager (m/w/d).

Your responsibilities:

The TnT (Transition and Transformation) Program Manager works with the account team to manage :

• onboarding programs for new customers


• Cloud migration programs


• any significant transformations of the IT landscape of an existing customer

Next to that:

• You are responsible for all project deliverable through the life cycle of the program. Starting from pre-contract phase, sourcing and onboarding of resources, requirements and scope analysis to the planning of activities and delivery of the build and validation phases of the program.


• You are accountable for the success of the program: delivering the program on time, in scope and on budget in compliance with Atos’ guidelines and policies while fulfilling the acceptance criteria’s.


• You manage the project team and ensure a good level of communication among all program’s stakeholders. You are responsible for the reporting towards Atos and the customer.


• You represent Atos towards the customer and maintain fruitful relationships with the customer. You are open to travel from time to time depending on the program’s needs either within Switzerland or internationally at customer’s or delivery centers’ locations.

Your qualifications:

• Hold Business and Technical Bachelor Degree combinations in related field. Master Degree is preferred


• A minimum of 10+ years experiences in Project Management. Experiences in leading major transition and transformation programs in an international outsourcing environment is required.


• Experiences in leading internationally distributed teams


• A Project Management certification would be appreciated


• Have an advanced knowledge of Information Technology Information Library (ITIL) or IT Service Management (ITSM)


• English in a professional manner, German and/or French is a plus
